We are here to serve you with high quality chiropractic care, please familiarise yourself with the below before booking.

The deposit paid to secure a new patient appointment is non-refundable, as this reserves the slot in the diary so this appointment cannot be offered to anyone else.

Please give at least 24 working hours notice for an appointment cancellation so that we may offer it to someone waiting for care. Please note a charge will be made for missed appointments and those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Monday appointments are to be rescheduled by Friday the week before. Saturday appointments require 48 working hours notice to rearrange. If appointments are missed or changed/ canceled with short notice, fees for future appointments may be taken at point of booking.

We may take the payment for the second appointment in advance at point of booking.

Appointment duration's vary.

Our online system allows you to reschedule a standard appointment yourselves, but please note patients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel the same appointment may not be re-booked, or may be asked to pay the fee upfront.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are too late to be seen this will count as a missed appointment.

Please note, all outstanding balances with the clinic are to be settled at the appointment.

Administrative fees to be paid in advance for any work required.

We hope to never have to do this but we reserve the right to close the clinic at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances ie illness, emergency, act of god etc.

New patient appointments once booked are non-refundable, as is the second report of findings appointment as this reserves the slot in the diary. Standard appointments can be changed with at least 24 hours notice - 48 hours preferred - by calling us during office hours (or by clicking the reschedule link if booked one at a time).
